The Pulse deployment team is ready to partner with clients to reduce disruptions and make a smooth transition from the client’s current system to the Pulse solution. Pulse offers rapid implementation methodologies based on healthcare best practices knowledge gained in over 500 healthcare installations. Pulse will implement the client’s system to meet the practice’s specific needs, while getting the system up and running quickly.
Training and Beyond
To ensure that the Pulse Patient Management solution is utilized to its full potential, the latest project management tools and customized project plans are developed in conjunction with your team. Immediate knowledge transfer techniques are employed so that up-to-the-minute skills are made available and reinforced with your personnel. Customized training is provided in an instructor-led classroom format at our local offices as well as on site.
In addition to the initial training, we offer pre-recorded PACE eLearning classes. PACE covers it all, from informative e-demonstrations and interactive training programs to a robust knowledge bank of reference materials on Pulse products. The PACE e-learning system is a web-based, self-directed set of training courses which allows clients to learn on their own schedule, at their own pace, and from their desired location. Clients can access PACE from any computer with internet access, making this a teaching technique constructed around client convenience.
