Healthcare Technology Training Specialist (Implementation Specialist)

A mature, growing leader in the development and marketing of Windows-based Medical Office Management Software and Electronic Health Records is currently seeking qualified individuals as Software Implementation Specialists. Position is to install, implement, and train application software for medical offices and clinics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for analysis of customer environment and suggesting proper setup of Pulse applications, training, tracking and project progress.
  • Managing customer travel and expenses for the project.
  • Assistance in movement of the customer to a reference.
  • Helping to establish expectations, monitoring milestones, and completion of projects.
  • Research of issues, enhancements, process.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly train multiple clients.
  • Sharing team content between personnel and assistance in team meetings.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing workflow where applicable, training customers, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements: Individuals with a healthcare background, project management experience, and Bachelor’s degree (BS), Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent. I.T. (Information Technology) classes or experience a plus. Ability to define problems, analyze workflow, and plan solutions is required. Knowledge of MS Office products important. Travel is required. Travel: Travel is expected with multiple overnight stays as often as required based on the client’s needs. Travel may be as high as 75% for this position.
