Healthcare Software Support Specialist
Qualified candidates will support customers by answering software questions and
resolving issues.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated analytical and communication skills, 2+ years of medical practice management and/or medical billing experience, understanding of medical office workflow, strong knowledge of Windows based software and operating systems.
• Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or health and 2-4 years of experience in the medical practice field or 8 – 10 years experience in a related field.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for help desk operations and practice management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and professionalism when assisting clients.
• Able to communicate clearly to Clients in English.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Excellent Time management skills
• Able to work independently
• Preferred working knowledge of Pulse software products.
